"We would like to say many thanks to Nora and her lovely staff for the friendly way they welcomed my husband and I on Thursday afternoon, even though we arrived shortly before 4pm when they were due to close. While our order was being prepared they showed a genuine interest in chatting to us and answering anything we asked about The Tilly Tearoom. Can thoroughly recommend the Hummingbird cake and the velvety chocolate cake (egg free),which my husband said was worth the drive from West Lothian on it's own! We also bought cartons of the homemade soup intending to have them when we got home but they smelt too delicious to wait that long and 30 mins.later they were gone. If visiting Tillicoultry be sure to stop by The Tilly Tearoom; it's a gem not to be missed!" Cath Bradnock, 09/05/2014

"I like to pop in with Claire as often as possible for breakfast, lunch or just a nice coffee and a nibble. We can never leave without getting some Millionaire Shortbread! The food is always great and the staff courteous and friendly. :)" Allan Walsh, 15/03/2014

"Thank you for inspiring me to write a set of children's stories about Mr Tilly a pug dog who lives in a Scottish teashop. In my imagination this Scottish teashop is none other than Tilly Tearoom and so bringing the stories to show you and your customers felt like coming home. This is the cosiest tearoom with the loveliest staff you will find in Scotland, with the most scrummy cakes you'll ever have the good fortune to devour." "What a wonderful tea room. Staff are very friendly and helpful with quick and efficient service. The best selection of gluten free cakes and products I have found anywhere. Well done all. I'm a regular customer now!!" Jan, 10/09/2013

"So good, I popped in twice today :)" Derek Williamson, 28/05/2013
